July 2026 Davis and Mills Street Paving
Brookston posted a July 16, 2026 alert requiring residents to remove vehicles from Davis Street and Mills Street between Fifth and Eighth Streets for paving and curb installation beginning July 17 and continuing the following Monday until completion.
Because that work began in July, the page should not claim those streets remain actively under construction on August 21 without a newer notice.
The correct wording is that Brookston completed or undertook substantial 2026 paving and curb work on those street segments and current conditions should be checked locally.
