• How It Works:
After you sign up over the phone or online, we will send you the workbook via regular U.S. mail.  You may upgrade to express delivery during registration for an extra fee. 

• Read The Workbook:
When you receive the workbook you must read it in its entirety at your leisure and convenience. You will be responsible for timing your participation.

• Final Exam: 
After reading the workbook, you will take the final exam and return it in the stamped envelope provided in the course materials mailed to you.  You must get 14 out of 20 questions correct to pass.  If for some reason you don't pass the final exam, you may request additional exams to take, until you pass.
