All you need
is your driver’s license number and payment information,
and you can sign up for our video course on DVD or VHS either
online or by calling us at 800-519-3475. We will ship the
DVD or VHS to you immediately.

Take our course
on a BIG screen
You don’t have
to worry about returning it to video store on time, or
paying any late fees if you forget—it’s yours to keep!

Quizzes and Final Exam
We include with the video an answer sheet that you can fill out
as you take the course and answer the quizzes. When you
are finished, take the final exam and either fax or mail the answer
sheet to our office. We’ll grade it immediately, and
let you know right away if you passed. And don’t worry
if you don’t pass the first time—you can re-take the
final exam as many times as necessary. |

Certificate of Completion
After you pass, we will notify the Indiana BMV electronically, and
send you a certificate of completion if your court or employer requires
