  1. How much does your course cost?

    The online course is $35.00 and the workbook course is $35.00 plus shipping.

  2. Do I need to go somewhere or is the course all online?

    If you choose to take the online course then the whole course is accessed via the internet. You can complete the course on any computer that is internet accessible –at home, at work, at a friend’s house. It’s your choice when and where you want to take and complete the course.

    If you choose to take our workbook or video course, all materials will be sent straight to you. It’s then your choice where you want to read or view the materials and take the tests. No classrooms, no driving far from home. It’s that simple.

  3. Do I have to complete the course all at once??

    No. Though the BMV requires students to spend a minimum of 4 hours taking the course you don’t have to complete all 4 hours in one sitting. With the online course you can log off and log back on at your own leisure, 24 hours a day. Our program will remember where you left off and you can start again in that exact spot. All you need to do to log in again is go to our homepage and click on re-enter. Enter you login name and password (the same as when you registered). You will be taken back to where you left off.
    With the workbook course you choose when you want to start and stop. It’s that simple and convenient.

  4. Can I take the course if I’m under 18?

    Yes, you can take this course.

  5. Will I be able to take the course from different computers?

    Yes. You can access our course from any computer that has internet access. Our program will save all of your information and where you last left off.

  6. Can you fax or mail my certificate directly to the BMV for me?
    We will transmit notification of your completion directly to the BMV electronically.  You must allow seven business days for the BMV to receive the notification and apply it to your record.

  7. What if I don’t have an email address?

    Though an email address is not required it is recommended. By entering a valid email address when registering you will receive important correspondence from our staff. Your email address will not be released to anyone outside of our support staff. Unless there is additional need for correspondence you will only receive a couple emails from us—when you register and when you complete the course.

  8. Do you offer overnight and/or express delivery?

    Yes, we do offer overnight and express delivery of certificates. However these services are offered at an additional fee. You can request express delivery online when you register or you can call one of our customer service representatives.

  9. Do you offer a mail-order booklet or a video course?

    We are the only traffic school in Indiana that offers a mail-order home workbook. We also offer a video course, available in either DVD or VHS format.

  10. How do I get from section to section?

    After reading the material in a given chapter, you will need to take the chapter quiz. Once you pass the chapter quiz you will be taken back to the syllabus. Once you are there, you just need to click on the next chapter and proceed.

    After reading all the chapters and taking all the chapter quizzes you will need to take the final exam. This is listed in the syllabus as the last chapter. Just click on the button that says final exam and you will be taken directly to it. (However, you will not be able to take the final exam until we receive your payment for the course).

    Upon completing all the chapters and the final exam, we will mail out a certificate.

  11. How do I know if you’ve received my payment?

    As soon as we receive your check in our office we will credit your account. Once we do so you will be able to enter the final exam. Or you can call one of customer service representatives and we will be able to notify as to the status of your account.

  12. How do I know if my certificate will be sent to me or to the court?

    You can call one of our customer service representatives and they can tell you the destination of your certificate.

  13. How do I log in if I’m already registered?

    If you have already registered all you need to do is go to the “members enter here” link and then enter your log in name and password. If you have not yet registered you will need to click on the “register here” link to begin the registration process.

  14. How do I log out if I want to return later?

    You can log out at any time by clicking the “home” button at the bottom of the screen. Your progress is saved every time you log out. So you are able to log out in the middle of a chapter and the amount of time spent on that chapter is saved. But always log out to ensure the correct time will be saved.

  15. How do I know if I passed the final exam?

    When you take the exam you will know immediately if you passed. If you did not pass you will be given another chance to try and pass the exam. If you did pass a screen will pop-up congratulating you on passing the final and informing you that you certificate will be mailed shortly.

  16. How does the BMV receive my certificate?

    We will transmit notification of your completion directly to the BMV electronically.  You must allow seven business days for the BMV to receive the notification and apply it to your record.

  17. How many hours does the course take?

    The Indiana BMV requires that the course takes a minimum for 4 hours. The Internet course is timed so that you may not skip ahead. However, for the workbook course you act as the timer and must make sure that you spend a minimum of 4 hours on the course.

  18. How many quizzes are in the course?

    There is a quiz after each chapter of the course and a cumulative final exam. For example, for the basic driver improvement course there are 4 quizzes and the final exam.

  19. Do I have to pay when I register?

    No. You only have to pay before you want to take the final exam. If you choose to send a check, we will have to receive payment before you are able to take the final exam. You may take the whole course up until the final exam without submitting payment.

  20. What are the payment options?

    You can pay when you register with a credit card online through our secure site. Or you can choose to call one our representatives and pay by credit card over the phone. You may also pay by check or money order by mail. Or you can choose the pay later option and pay by any of the above methods right before you want take the final exam.

    Though we have contact numbers for some courts we don’t have contact numbers for all courts. You can try using this link to find contact information for your court: www.courts.net.

  24. How can I get a refund?

    You may take the whole course up until the final exam without paying. However, if you have paid and not yet received your certificate of completion you may be entitled to a refund. Please contact one of our customer service representatives for more information.

    If you made a mistake during the registration process you will need to contact one of our customer service representatives so that they can correct the mistake.

  29. How do I get the certificate of completion?

    Once you pass the final exam we will mail out your certificate of completion. If you pass before 4pm PST we will mail your certificate the same day, if it is after 4pm PST, we will mail your certificate the next day. Unless otherwise specified we will mail out the certificate via regular U.S. mail. Mailed certificates generally take 5-7 business days to reach their destination.

  30. What if I didn’t register for traffic school within 5 business days of my due date? Is it too late now to take traffic school?

    If you have not registered for traffic school within 5 business days you may not be able to fulfill your traffic school obligation before your due date. The BMV does not give extensions.

  31. Will I still be able to take the course even if I don’t have a printer?

    You are not required to have a printer in order to take the course or finish the course. You may want to print certain pages for your records but this is not absolutely necessary. Certain information will also be sent to you via email.

  32. If I have forgotten my login name and password what do I do?

    Your login name is your drivers license number just like you entered it during registration and your password is the last four digits of your social security number. If this still doesn’t work contact us because you may have mistyped during registration.

  33. Is your site secure?

    Yes. For credit card transactions and personal information pages we have a Verisign certified secure server.

  34. What happens if the program is not tracking my time properly?

    Though this will not affect the validity of your completion of the course, if the course is not tracking your time properly you may not be able to take quiz at the right time. You may need to contact a customer service representative and tell them about the problem so that they can fix it.

  35. What should I do if there is an error message?

    First try closing your web browser, then logging back in to the course. Your progress will be saved. If the problem persists, please contact our support staff so that they can fix the problem.

  36. I submitted payment online with a credit card and I still can’t access the final. What’s wrong?

    Your credit card payment might not have gone through the first time. Try entering payment again. If later you find out that you were charged twice please contact customer support and we will refund the second charge. If you seem to be having problems with submitting a credit card payment please contact us at 1-800-519-3475.

    Make sure you have chosen the right county and looking for the right court name. if you have any questions you should contact the court.

  39. How soon can I start the course?
