Is your traffic school course all available online, or do I also have to also attend some classroom instruction if I take your program?

Our online defensive driving class can replace the traditional course in a classroom setting. As long as you have a computer with internet access, you can sign up and take our online program. However, we recommend that you check with your local court that has jurisdiction over your traffic ticket to be sure that they have authorized our traffic school program for ticket dismissal or insurance reduction.

Am I required to finish the course all at one time?

No. That is what is so great about our program! You can take a break and rest awhile, and then resume the online defensive driving course at a later time at your convenience. When you successfully complete the online driver's exam, you will then be awarded a certificate of completion. The certificate will be sent to either you or to the court that is presiding over your ticket, depending on the requirements of your court. To check your court's requirements, click the "Register" button at the top left of the website. Then select your state, county and court, and read the section marked "Certificate Delivery". The certificate will then be mailed according to the shipping method that you select at registration.

Do I have to have an email address?

An email is not required, but it is recommended. If you provide a valid email address at the time of registration for the online course, you will receive important correspondence from our staff. We will not release your email address to anyone outside of our support staff. You will usually only receive a couple of emails from us when you register and when you finish the program, unless there is any additional need for correspondence.

We offer several different options in order for you to receive your completion certificate timely! We offer U.S. Regular Mail (3-5 business days), U.S. Certified Mail, Third Day Express Delivery (by 5pm on the third business day), Second Day Express Delivery (by 5pm on the second business day), and Overnight Express Delivery (by 5pm on the next business day).

Yes! We offer several alternatives to the online traffic school class, including DVD, or workbook or streaming video formats. Is there a certain way to move from section to section when I take the defensive driving course?

After you read each chapter in the online defensive driving course, you are required to take a brief multiple choice quiz that is designed to prepare you for the traffic school final exam. When you complete all chapters and quizzes, you will then need to take the final exam. (However, you will not be able to take the final exam until we receive your payment for the online course). Once you pass the driver's test exam, you will then be awarded your completion certificate. The certificate will be mailed according to the shipping method that you selected at registration.

You are required to take a short quiz after each chapter. After you satisfactorily answer most of the quiz questions, you can proceed to the next section of the traffic school course. If you do not pass a quiz, you can go back through the chapter to review the materials and then re-take the quiz. After you read all chapters and satisfactorily finish all chapter quizzes, you will then be required to take the final exam. If you pass the final exam, your completion certificate will be sent according to the shipping method that you select at registration.

How can I find out if my course expires on a certain date?

Most of our internet defensive driving classes do expire 6 months (180 days) from the date of your registration. In case you forget, we will send you a reminder email whenever your online driver improvement course has been inactive for a certain period of time. If your course does expire and you have not yet finished your course, you will still be able to log in and complete the defensive driving online program.
